Tami S. Crosby has experience in handling and litigating consumer law cases, including the Consumers Legal Remedies Act and the California Lemon Law. Tami also continues to defend clients in personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and class action cases.

Tami has been practicing law for 35 years and she has successfully tried a number of cases to verdict in addition to participating in more than 300 arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences. She has served as a Judge Pro Tem and has handled mandatory settlement conferences for the Court. Tami has also handled cases for municipalities and other governmental agencies including The Orange County Transit Authority, The Orange County Sanitation District, and The Orange County Water District. Tami has also argued dozens of appeals before the Court of Appeal, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and the California Supreme Court.
