Kelly E. Kolar’s legal expertise includes representing businesses in a wide range of litigation, from pre-litigation to settlement and trial. As a trial attorney, Kelly’s practice areas include all areas of dealership litigation, with an emphasis on consumer and warranty-based product liability case. She also represents clients in wrongful termination, wrongful death, and personal injury cases. Kelly has gained experienced examining both party and third-party witnesses at depositions and in trial, as well as appearing in court to handle various hearings regarding pre-trial matters and motions.

As a second year in law school, she clerked for the Anaheim City Attorney’s Office, where she was able to appear on the record on numerous occasions as a Certified Law Clerk to argue three pre-trial motions she researched and prepared. As a third year in law school, she assisted the lead trial attorney with all aspects of trial preparation for a bench trial on a breach of contract case. Shortly after being admitted to the California Bar, she co-chaired her first jury trial, a month-long trial which included researching and arguing in support of special jury instructions and motions in limine, as well as the cross-examination of an expert witness in a wrongful termination case.
