Jeanne L. Tollison has focused her practice on civil litigation for the past 17 years in both state and federal courts. Prior to rejoining Kolar & Associates, Jeanne was a Partner at a well-established local municipality law firm where she focused her practice on representing public agencies, including police officers and social workers. She handled a wide variety of litigation matters including personal injury, civil rights, matters involving allegations of dangerous conditions of public property and employment. Jeanne has successfully defended social workers, police officers, and municipalities against claims for civil rights violations. She has also handled cases—from pre-litigation through appeal—and hundreds of depositions, numerous mediations. She also has experience conducting both bench and jury trials.
